Job specifications of an Agile coach
Starting up and supporting new Agile teams during the first phase(s) (Scrum, Kanban, Design Thinking, SAFe).
Coaching Scrum Masters and Product Owners in fulfilling their role.
Guiding Agile transformations.
Giving training in Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, etc working.
Flexible in working at different assignments and companies.
Guiding managers with their new role in an Agile organization.

For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have:
Obtained a Degree or diploma in any field.
At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
Advanced knowledge of Agile.
Completed Agile training (PSM1 & PSM2).
Experience in executing in one of the following: Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, XP, etc.

Scrum Master

You know how to hold your own in different corporate cultures and you always have your sights set on continuously improving teams and organizations. You inspire others to promote collaboration and thus achieve the optimal result. You are an enterprising consultant and you help our clients to recognize and seize opportunities. This is how you make a real positive impact on the customer.

For appointment to this grade, A candidate must have:
Obtained a Degree or diploma in any field.
At least 2 years of work experience as a Scrum Master.
An affinity with designing sessions and facilitating teams.
High sense of responsibility and a pragmatic approach.
Knowledge of the latest developments in Agile and Scrum working.
Abilty to work in complex environments and can make your teams successful within them.
Certified as Scrum Master (PSM1).

Agile Tester
Duties and Responsibilities
Ensuring that the entire team works well ( quality-conscious).
Creatively looking for the best solution to ensure the highest possible quality.
Provide optimal insight into quality and lead the way to a successful production run.

For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have:
At least 3 years of experience as a tester in an Agile environment (PSM1).
An excellent command of Exploratory Testing and even better: you are familiar with Context Driven Testing.
Experience with approaches such as Behavior Driven Development (BDD).
Specification by Example (SbE) and/or Test Driven Development (TDD).
Experience with modern test automation in any form, including associated tools.
At least read and understand code (Java and/or .NET).
Highly developed communication and social skills.
Investigative, analytical, critical, skeptical and storytelling skills.
Initiative skills for your own development; think of following courses, workshops or seminars.
